Healthy snacks brand Madmix made a notable appearance on Shark Tank India Season 4, Episode 34.

Founded by Gaurav Palrecha, Madmix is committed to promoting a balanced lifestyle with its range of baked, tasty, and low-fat snacks, free from preservatives.

Gaurav entered the tank seeking ₹50 lakh for 1% equity, valuing the company at ₹50 crore.

He emphasized the brand’s dedication to quality and innovation, aiming to provide healthy snacking options without compromising on taste.

With financial projections of ₹5.5 crore for the current year, Madmix demonstrated significant growth potential.

After thorough discussions, Gaurav secured a deal of ₹50 lakh for 5% equity, adjusting the company’s valuation to ₹10 crore. The investment was made by Shark Ritesh Agarwal, who also offered mentorship to help scale the business.
