Enterprise AI startup Refold AI has secured $6.5 Mn in a seed round co-led by US-based Eniac Ventures and Tidal Ventures, with participation from Better Capital, Ahead VC, Karman Ventures, Z21, and multiple angel investors.
The company will use the fresh capital to expand its 20-member team to 30, enhance product integrations, and strengthen support for its growing enterprise customer base across India and the US.
Founded in 2023 by Jugal Anchalia and Abhishek Kumar, the duo previously co-founded JustDoc, which was sold to online pharmacy Netmeds in 2018. Netmeds was later acquired by Reliance in 2020.

Refold AI operates out of Bengaluru and San Mateo, California.
The startup offers an AI-driven platform that automates API integrations using autonomous AI agents capable of learning system behaviour, writing and maintaining integration code, and adapting to software changes.
Refold has been in stealth mode until now, working with over 30 enterprise customers, serving 1,500+ active users, and processing over 30 Mn API calls monthly.
