Mumbai-based pet care startup BhaoBhao has raised $200,000 in a funding round from angel investors.
The company said the fresh capital will be used to expand its footprint into new geographies and strengthen its premium pet grooming offerings. It is also in discussions to raise a larger $4–5 million round by year-end to accelerate growth.
Founded by Aditi Sanganeria and Anshika Maheshwari in July 2025, BhaoBhao provides at-home pet grooming services for dogs and cats.
The startup employs certified and trained groomers, including specialists for cats, to ensure pets receive safe and professional care within the comfort of their homes.

BhaoBhao’s services are priced between ₹1,500–2,000 per visit and include grooming with sanitized equipment, a mess-free setup, and a focus on keeping pets calm and stress-free throughout the process.
Since launch, the company has served over 3,000 clients in Mumbai, recording an impressive 95% repeat rate.
